How do I return an item?
Merchandise may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original receipt and a return authorization number. The product(s) must be received by our warehouse in original unopened condition.
If product has been opened, we will issue a store credit for the original purchase amount.
All returns must be authorized in advance. Email customerservice@threebythree.com or phone 206.784.5839 mon-fri 9am-5pm Pacific Time for a return authorization number. We will need your name, address, phone number, and order number.
Returns must be packed well to prevent damage in transit and sent at the customer's expense to:
